At Confirmation: We’ll charge 50% of the total booking amount to your payment method right away to secure your reservation.
Before Check-In: The remaining 50% will be charged 1 day prior to your check-in date.
Authorization Holds (Security Deposit)Before Check-In: We’ll place a temporary authorization hold of A$300 on your payment method 1 day before check-in. This acts as a security deposit to cover any potential incidentals or damages during your stay.
After Check-Out: The full hold (or any remaining amount after deductions, if applicable) will be released 4 days after your check-out date, assuming no issues arise. Please note that the release time may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that a $300 security bond will be charged one day prior to check-in, at the same time the remaining balance of your stay is processed. This amount is held as a security bond and will be released back to your account after checkout, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition.
House Rules:
1. Liability for Damages and Cleanup:
The guest is fully responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. This includes any additional cleanup required beyond our normal cleaning scope, such as cleaning up messes, biohazards, or items outside of regular maintenance. Additional cleaning beyond the regular scope will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per hour. Any necessary cleaning or repairs will be documented, invoiced, and charged back to the guest.
2. No Parties or Events:
Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited. The property is intended for quiet enjoyment and residential purposes only. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Guest Limit:
Guests must not exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. If additional guests are found on the premises without prior consent, the reservation may be terminated, and additional charges may apply.
4. Photo and Video Production:
No photo or video production is allowed on the property unless expressly agreed upon with the host. Any production activities must be discussed and approved in advance. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
5. Pet Policy:
Pets are only allowed on the premises with prior agreement from the host. A $300 refundable pet bond may be required. Guests must adhere to any specific pet-related rules provided by the host. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will be deducted from the pet bond or charged separately. If pets are brought onto the property without prior acknowledgment or discussion with the host, a fee of $200.00 will be charged, and the guest will be held liable for the cost of any damages caused.
6. Belongings and Insurance:
We are not liable for any lost or left belongings of the guests. Guests are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance to cover their belongings and ensure their safety during their stay.
7. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or termination of the reservation without refund.
