ride on the local Clydesdale horse and cart service. This charming experience is
available seasonally and passes Jon Jon, momentarily echoing the old world sounds of clip clopping horse hooves.

Experience luxury in the queen master bedroom with a fireplace-equipped ensuite and Aesop products. The second queen guest bedroom offers a moody ambiance with low-lit lighting. The third bedroom is set up for children with two single beds, but would be suitable for adults and group bookings. The main bathroom features a clawfoot bath, ambient lighting, candles, and an open fireplace. The private shower bathroom includes an additional fireplace for a cozy night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and cooktop. The dining room seats 10, and the living room has a discreet TV and fireplace with a garden view. Refrigerated heating/cooling, three fireplaces, and complimentary condiments are provided. The secure backyard has a landscaped garden, a 6-seat outdoor table, a Baby Webber Q, and a fire pit. Parking for 2 cars with an electric car charger is available.

1. Liability for Damages and Cleanup:
The guest is fully responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay. This includes any additional cleanup required beyond our normal cleaning scope, such as cleaning up messes, dishes, bio hazards, linen stains or items outside of regular cleaning maintenance. Any extra necessary cleaning or repairs will be documented, invoiced, and charged back to the guest at a rate of $55.00 per hour.

No Parties or Events:
Hosting parties or events is strictly prohibited. The property is intended for quiet enjoyment and residential purposes only. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Guest Limit:
Guests must not exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval from the host. If additional guests are found on the premises without prior consent, the reservation may be terminated, and additional charges may apply.
4.
Photo and Video Production:
No photo or video production is allowed on the property unless expressly agreed upon with the host. Any production activities must be discussed and approved in advance. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation.
5.
Pet Policy:
Pets are only allowed on the premises with prior agreement from the host. A $300 refundable pet bond may be required. Guests must adhere to any specific pet-related rules provided by the host. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets will be deducted from the pet bond or charged separately.
6.
Belongings and Insurance:
We are not liable for any lost or left belongings of the guests. A minimum postage fee of $20.00 to return lost belongings. Guests are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance to cover their belongings and ensure their safety during their stay.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these house rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or termination of the reservation without refund.
